SILARUKOV 120 mm Grip Ball

You may use a 120 mm grip ball as a single piece or in a pair. One grip ball use can use for armlifting type of training: lifts for reps, holds for time, lifts for maximum possible weight. In pair, you can use two grip balls for farmer walks (you will need two loading pins then), or you may also fix two grip balls to a bar and do pull-ups or hang for time (for the top grip athletes only). Price is per 1 grip ball.
