Bruce Lee Grip Machine by SILARUKOV

Bruce Lee Grip Training Machine is used in training and strengthening your fingers, hands and forearms.

This improved model has additional handles for parallel grip. The starting distance between handles is 90 mm. Then you can adjust the distance according to your training goals from 20 to 70 mm (you can set the distance at 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 mm with a special setting nails).

According to some open source information, this training tool was invented and used by Bruce Lee, famous kung-fu fighter and movie star.

The size characteristics: hight - 56 cm, width - 55 cm, depth - 20 cm (not including loading plates), loading plates pin is 29 cm high and 25 mm in diameter (any plate will fit here: 25 mm, 30 mm or 50 mm, olympic size). Maximus plate diameter is 47 cm. Maximum plates that the machine can hold is about 150 kg. The weight of the tool is 6,7 kg.
