This is a set of tools for World Armlifting Association "Russian Bullet" discipline. 

The handgripper has 2 cantimeters longer handles, then limiters, then more handles for holding the bullet. This is comfortable for the hand of all sizes + does not allow one to use any known cheating techniques. 

The Russian bullet is held by the lower part for the handgripper below the limiters. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The rules for the Russian Bullet are not published yet by World Armlifting Association (as of May 29, 2017), however, please consider the following two points as how to hold the bullet right. This is a rolling handle for armlifting with the 50 mm handle diameter. 

It can be used for armwrestling training as well (although we have a special editions for armwrestling, please see appropriate Armwrestling section). 

This handle can be used for grip training. You can hold weights for time, you can make multi-repetition sets and you can try and lift your maximum weights up on the handle. 

Vertical plate loading pin is used in armlifting along with rolling hands, pinch blocks, hubs, etc. The pin is loading with plates, minimum diameter of hole is 26 mm.

The pin is supplied with carabiner. Weight plates are bought seperately. 

Diameter is 25 mm. Height is 33 cm (without carabiner).

This is a 6 mm thick SILARUKOV Pinch Block. It has been designed to work by squeezing it and lifting weight. This works your pinch strength and grip.

You can do lifts with one hand or both hands (double hand pinch).

The pinch block is attached using the carabiner and the chain or the vertical plate pin (to be purchased separately).

This is a 80 mm thick SILARUKOV Pinch Block. It has been designed to work by squeezing it and lifting weight. This works your pinch strength and grip.

You can do lifts with one hand or both hands (double hand pinch).

The pinch block is attached using the carabiner and the chain or the vertical plate pin (to be purchased separately).

This SILARUKOV Ring is used for training your fingers and hands by lifting weights. The rod is 16 mm in diameter. It can be used for lifts of weights by all fingers or by separate fingers (as with all training, beware of trauma. Especially lifts with only ring finger are not recommended. It is a 100% way to trauma. Use minimal weights and a combination of fingers) .

This tool can also be used for throwing stones (or instead of stone one can use a vertical pin with plates, this are to be purchased separately).

Supplied with about 15 cm of chain and carabiner to connect to the loading pin or other weights. The 16 mm rod is thick and most carabiners will not fit by themselves without a chain fixture. 

You may use 80 mm grip ball as a single piece or in a pair. One grip ball use can use for armlifting type of training: lifts for reps, holds for time, lifts for maximum possible weight. In pair, you can use two grip balls for farmer walks (you will need two loading pins then), or you may also fix two grip balls to a bar and do pull-ups or hang for time. Price is per 1 grip ball.

You may use a 120 mm grip ball as a single piece or in a pair. One grip ball use can use for armlifting type of training: lifts for reps, holds for time, lifts for maximum possible weight. In pair, you can use two grip balls for farmer walks (you will need two loading pins then), or you may also fix two grip balls to a bar and do pull-ups or hang for time (for the top grip athletes only).
