Expander "Stingray" by Silarukov is a larger, harder and heavier version of "Flatfish" gripper.
The Stingray chest hand gripper is used with two hands in front of the chest or on the outstretched arms or on bent arms. There are also possible options for using behind the head.
It is equipped with two springs as standard. You can buy additional springs, but 2 springs will be hard even for very trained athlets.
The load of the expander is adjusted by changing the position of the springs on the hand gripper. The closer the springs are to the handles, the heavier the load. It can be used with 1, 2, 3 springs. Maximum is 5 springs, but it is very very hard resistance. 2 springs will be enough for most athlets.
The distance between handles is 6 cm. It can be changed to 8 or 10 cm.
The maximum distance between handles in open position is 44-45 cm.
Material: steel.
Handle coating: polyuritan.
Weight: with 2 springs is 3.9 kg (+- 50 gr.), with 3 springs is 4.3 kg ( +-50 gr.)
