SILARUKOV 76 mm Rolling Handle (version 2)

This is a rolling handle for armlifting.

It can be used for armwrestling training as well (although we have a special editions for armwrestling, please see appropriate Armwrestling section). 

This handle can be used for grip training. You can hold weights for time, you can make multi-repetition sets and you can try and lift your maximum weights up on the handle. 

You will need a weight loading pin (sold separately). 

Made in Russia. Powder painting.
