SILARUKOV 50 mm Pinch Block. Pinch Block # 2 (Version 2)

This is a 50 mm thick SILARUKOV Pinch Block. It has been designed to work by squeezing it and lifting weight. This works your pinch strength and grip.

You can do lifts with one hand or both hands (double hand pinch).

The pinch block is attached using the carabiner and the chain or the vertical plate pin (to be purchased separately).
