SILARUKOV 50 mm Rolling Handle (version 2 - February 2015)

This is a rolling handle for armlifting with the 50 mm handle diameter. 

It can be used for armwrestling training as well (although we have a special editions for armwrestling, please see appropriate Armwrestling section). 

This handle can be used for grip training. You can hold weights for time, you can make multi-repetition sets and you can try and lift your maximum weights up on the handle. 

You will need a weight loading pin (to be bought separately). 

Made in Russia. Power painting.
