The SILARUKOV Wrist Rotator is an exerciser device for your fingers, hands, wrists and forearms.
It is also helpful in rehiabilitation from sports traumas.
The resistance is adjustable. You can make it very small and you can make it very strong and practically impossible to move.
The main motion is rotation in horizontal or vertical position (please see a video).
The knurling is mild and smooth and it make it very comfortable to train with the exerciser. The steel base is covered by polyurethane.

The diameter is 60 mm.
